Certains peintres choisissent l’huile, d’autres la gouache ou l’aquarelle… Sur mon chemin, des cailloux. Mais des cailloux… de Chaux.
La terre et le feu, l’eau, l’air aussi: les quatre éléments sont nécéssaires à leur production, à leur transformation!
Quant au cinquième, le Vide, il est partout. Il est tout. Un point que l’on ne peut ni observer ni décrire, un point qui n’a aucune réalité, mais duquel émergent pourtant la moindre de nos histoires, le moindre de nos soupirs.
Some Painters do prefer Oil, some others Gouache, or Watercolor… On my way: Stones ! But Lime Stones ! Earth and Fire, Water, Air too: The four basic elements are required for the transformation process of those little lime crystals, the same that Michelangelo was mixing with pigments when painting his frescoes, on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel! But the fifth one too, is required. Emptiness! It is Everywhere. It is Everything. It is a point that someone can neither observe nor represent, a point with no reality, but a point from which arose the slightest of our stories, the slightest of our sighs as well… The only point that connects us all, like dots, on an endless line !
